Q: How do I register for classes? 

A: The easiest way to register for our classes is to register through Vagaro.

Q:  Do you have membership options?

A: Yes, you can check them out on our pricing page or through the booking system we use Vagaro.

Q: What should I wear/ bring to class?

A: The class description for each of our classes will tell you what attire is best for the class as well as if you need to bring anything else with you. It's always a good idea to bring a water bottle to any class.

Q: Do I need to be strong or flexible to take a class? 

A: No! We are committed to meeting students where they're at and will help you build strength and flexibility!
